* The SPC reserves the right to close registration earlier than the date specified dependant on when the event reaches registration capacity. 

Yes, if you can't make it, please still notify the SPC Events Team by Wednesday, September 18th, 2024 by email to spcevents@greenblue.org we will cancel your existing registration  Registrations are nonrefundable. 

No, all tickets are for the full duration of the event.

We will be hosting off-site tours the afternoon of Sunday, Sept 29th and morning of Monday, Sept 30th. You can add these at the point of registration or email spcevents@greenblue.org to add to an existing registration. 

You can select one tour per day.

No you cannot switch or transfer tours once they are purchased. Please note that tour registrations are non-refundable.

Our first recommendation would be to make another selection that has spots available. You can email spcevents@greenblue.org to be added to a waitlist. We won’t be opening a second group for any of the tours as capacities are set by the organizations hosting the tours.

No. You must sign up and pay for your place on a tour in advance of the event to take part. Some tours require specific requirements that need to be met at least the week before the event.

The tours take place on Monday, September 30th run during the first day's morning sessions so please plan accordingly. 

Yes, please check out our schedule to select where you want to go. You can also build your own schedule on the app once it is launched. A few sessions require sign up in advance due to room capacity, so  we ask that you don’t switch sessions once the sessions start, out of respect for the presenters and other attendees.

No, the sessions won’t be recorded, live streamed or available on-demand after the event.

Yes, after the event you will receive a link by email to access the presentations.

Yes, all exhibit booths are in the Exhibit Hall in the Salon A Room. This is where networking breaks, lunch and breakfast will be served. Our sponsors list can be found on the website. 

The event will be at the Hilton Chicago. The address is 720 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60605.

The SPC has secured an event room block at the host hotel, Hilton Chicago. The room rate is $269+ and the cutoff date to book is Monday, September 9th, 2024. Please visit this link to book your room.

This is to accommodate an increasing number of attendees with vegetarian and vegan diets and to lower the emissions from food from a multi-day large event.

The SPC Advance 2024 program includes the following meals for event attendees:

-Lunch - Monday 09/30, Tuesday 10/01 & Wednesday 10/02
-Breakfast - Monday 09/30, Tuesday 10/01 & Wednesday 10/02
-Networking Breaks - Throughout the event

Meals Served at the Conference Venue: Will be completely vegetarian with vegan and gluten free options available.

All food will be clearly labeled.
